I chose UESD because of the positive and friendly attitudes during the application process. I stay at UESD because of the family feeling at work every day. Others should choose to teach at UESD because there is always someone there to support you. The best thing about working at UESD is the relationships built while working here. I know they will last for a lifetime.

I chose Union ESD because I saw it as a place where strong relationships, teamwork, and student growth are truly valued. It felt like a district where I could learn, contribute, and be part of something meaningful, and that stood out to me right away.

I have stayed because of the incredible team, supportive admin, and, most importantly, the students. I have learned so much from the people around me, and that support has helped me grow as an educator while also making a real difference for our students. Seeing their progress and knowing we are helping them succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of being here. It is truly an honor and a privilege to be an educator, and being part of a school community that works together to support students is a big reason why Union ESD continues to feel like the right place for me.

I chose UESD because I was told that it was a place that fostered teachers and had great support. I stay at UESD because I feel that they support me and make me feel like family. I feel that others should come to UESD to teach, because it truly is a place that cares about its teachers. The best thing about UESD is that it feels like family.

I choose USED, to be part of a team that promotes, “Kids at Hope,” and high standards. I continue to teach In USED, because I enjoy the effective and caring environment. USED has great opportunities for professional development and friendly staff. The collaboration of teams and cooperative learning skills are shared and practiced daily.

Jennifer Glueck

I chose UESD because I like being in a small district where everyone feels like family and we are all working toward the same goal, doing whatever it takes to make our students successful. Big districts feel more like a business than a family, employees are numbers, and their voices and opinions are rarely heard.

I have chosen to stay at UESD because I honestly feel respected and appreciated. My principal is wonderfully supportive and will listen to his staff and their ideas. The staff is filled with many knowledgeable and dedicated teachers who are willing to share and collaborate. I feel that I have a voice in my school, and I am hoping that I can make a real difference here.

Here you will find a caring and collaborative community that will provide you with the guidance and support needed to ensure that you and your students are continuously learning and growing together.

The best thing about working at UESD is the people. Everyone, from the administration to the coaches to the teachers, are all extremely approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to collaborate and share ideas. At Union, I feel respected, appreciated, and cared for.
