Dear Union Elementary School District Families & Community Members,
Earlier this week I shared the results from our Spring Parent/Caregiver Experience survey. The insights we received from the survey is invaluable to our district’s initiative toward continuous improvement. I look forward to our ongoing partnership with families to give our students the best educational experience.
As we enter September, I am delighted to reflect on the journey we've embarked upon together over the past month. It's hard to believe that we are now over one month into the 2023-2024 school year, and I am proud of the progress we've made. Our students have shown dedication to their learning, and our educators have been working to provide them with engaging and enriching experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
Today marks a significant milestone in our journey as we release the first round of progress reports for this school year. These reports provide an opportunity to celebrate the achievements, growth, and efforts of our students.
Parents and guardians can access their child's progress report through ParentVue starting today. ParentVue is an invaluable tool that offers a glimpse into your child's academic journey. It provides detailed insights into their academic performance, attendance, and more. By staying connected through ParentVue, you can actively participate in your child's educational experience and provide the necessary support to ensure their continued success.
At Union ESD, we understand that education is a partnership that involves educators, parents, and the wider community. Your engagement in your child's learning journey is vital, and I encourage you to use the information from the progress reports as a starting point for meaningful conversations with your child. Celebrate their accomplishments and discuss areas where they may need additional support. Together, we can create an environment that fosters growth, resilience, and a lifelong love for learning.
As we move forward into the rest of the school year, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. We will continue to focus on providing high-quality education that empowers our students to become well-rounded individuals, critical thinkers, and compassionate members of society.
